Coco's Lucky Day

 Coco was surrendered to the shelter on Friday September 17th without any reason given as to why.  She is very cute and has been well taken care of by her previous owners.  She was rescued on Saturday morning by Annette, who has a soft spot for cute little dogs and fell in love with her immediately.  She brought Coco to PETsMART to show the HEADS members working at the adoption fair.  Not long after arriving, a person called asking if any dogs were available.  They came right down to meet Coco.  They liked her so much they filled out the adoption papers and agreed to meet later in the day to pick her up.  Annette was able to obtain Coco's medical history and took her to VCA for a booster shot and a checkup.  Coco was deemed a healthy little dog and sent on her way.  Coco's new family picked her up at 3:30 pm at took her home.  She was one lucky dog only to have spent one night in the shelter.   Thanks to Annette for finding her a new home.
